"ARE YOU BEING SERVED?"
Now, don't get me wrong, by the creation of this thread, I am not automatically encouraging negativity towards these 'scenes'. I just feel that, we all need to take a look at ourselves every so often, just to make sure that all is in order, that the grass is not growing under our feet (or in our greenhouse) and that such 'scenes' are fulfilling their obligation to the world in general, which is surely, to serve the souls of the world.
It could be said that at any given time in history, there is always some souls who are involved in spiritual practise, almost as if to sustain the world with light and vibrations, bringing newness and freshness, vitality to the world family.
We live in times where religion has faded into the background for whatever reasons, though the media tend to control the bigger picture, and the worlds population has increased dramatically over a short period. Is the world being spiritually sustained suitably? Have these 'scenes' merely become breeding grounds for "bread heads" rather than "God heads" to ply their wears? Have you any experiences you would like to share? We don't have to name names as people and organisations/ groups CAN change, no matter what they have done in the past, and that goes for the likes of the current pope Benedict £1,60000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000Bn th.
So let us not judge too harshly while sharing our experiences finding out what is going on out there and how it could be improved.
portals and worm holes

PORTALS and worm holes.
Another "buzz word" doing the rounds is "PORTAL" and "worm holes". If it was part of my understanding and spiritual experiences, I may not say much here anyway. On the new age scene, we are hearing the term being used more and more.
I went to one meditation session, an open one at a holistic centre, one of these £2 donation scams. A £2 donation is a CHARGE. If we are going to teach and preach goodness, we need to be an example to all others. To lie to People before they have even stepped through the door is surely to shoot ourselves in the foot.
The individual taking the open session nodded like a sea horse all the way through the meditation, no doubt after a hard nights partying and may still be wondering how some people had experiences during the meditation.
In a blurb in a pamphlet, the same individual uses the term "portal" and "worm hole" to sell another session of some sort, which costs £30 -40 a throw. I could be wrong, but I suspect that most of these People who are going around associating themselves with portals, using it as a selling point, it may be that the closest they will ever get to a portal will be the toilet pan. They may be better setting up in business hiring out PORTALoo's.
This individual gave me negative vibes on both occasions I went, the smiling face, with the distasteful vibes behind. Fear and jealousy, insecurity. We can fool some of the people......
Part of the vibes may have been related to my not being able to afford the "donation", my spiritual donation obviously meaning nothing. Well, he was asleep, so what would he know.
I am telling this not as a hate campaign but to show how best not to do it.
After the meditation, we went round the circle, saying something about meditation. I was put down for suggesting that we get from it what we put into it and that diet and holding on to our sexual energy even, can play a part, depending on how much we want to put into it. I was not necessarily suggesting celibacy. If we go for a med session once a week say, it makes sense to retain our sexual energy for the 2 or 3 days before, unless we are not taking that serious. Unless we feel that spiritual advancement is not important. But no, this guy, he is not that old so has time to learn, he was convinced that we don't need to be concerned about the way we live our lives in any way, if we want to have worthwhile experiences in meditation.
Having knowledge that others may not have access to about portals is one thing, being able to access them is another, so we don't need to feel left out or cheated as an honest heart will see us through, and those who are cheating their way will get nowhere in the spiritual game.
I certainly can't see ceertain types being trusted with regards going anywhere near portals, other than portaloos.

So, not everything suits us, we don't always get on with others everywhere we go, so we may need to move on perhaps and find something which suits us. That is proving difficult.
